2 Men Charged After Hitting Two Pedestrians With Truck In Framingham, Police Say

FRAMINGHAM (CBS) -- Two men are facing assault and battery charges after allegedly hitting two male pedestrians in a pickup truck Friday in Framingham.

Framingham police officers were called to Grant Street after receiving a report of a motor vehicle accident around 6 p.m.

Witnesses told police the men got out of the truck and attacked one of the victims while they were still on the ground. One of the victims was then pistol-whipped, police say.

Later on, police made a traffic stop on Lindbergh Road where they took both men into custody.

Glenn Marshall, 49, and Saleek Marshall, 22, both of Framingham, were charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident.

The extent of the injuries and current condition of the victims is unknown.

The incident remains under investigation by police.
