State Police Trooper Injured In 4-Car Crash On Mass Pike

FRAMINGHAM (CBS) -- A Massachusetts State Police trooper was injured by a crash involving two other cars and a box truck Friday morning. The crash occurred at 7 a.m. on the Mass. Pike eastbound in Framingham.
The trooper was conscious and alert when he was transported to the hospital, according to State Police. Any other injuries are unknown at this time.
Two lanes were closed while the crash was investigated and cleaned up.
It is unclear what caused the crash.
