Framingham Man Charged With Groping 4-Year-Old Girl At Beach

ASHLAND (CBS) - A Framingham man is accused of groping a young girl at the beach on Thursday.
Police say the 4-year-old was swimming at Ashland State Park when Anderlande Soares, 46, touched her.
The girl ran out of the water and told her mother.
A witness, who does not know the family, identified Soares as the suspect.
