Following Judge's Ruling, Patriots Announce 'Tom Brady Sweepstakes'
FOXBORO (CBS) – After hearing their superstar quarterback will be on the field for Week 1 of the season, the Patriots are in a giving mood.
Shortly after Judge Richard Berman ruled to vacate Tom Brady's 4-game DeflateGate suspension, the team announced the "Tom Brady Sweepstakes."
Fans can log on to the Patriots website to enter for the opportunity to win an autographed jersey.
Entries will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. on Thursday.
Following Brady's suspension, the Patriots changed the avatar of all their social media accounts to a photograph of the back of Brady's jersey, symbolizing their support for the quarterback.
On Thursday, the team made another change. Following the ruling, the Patriots adjusted the photo to a photograph of Brady celebrating February's Super Bowl victory over the Seattle Seahawks.
