"When we arrived, the plant was dug up. This was moved," Plasse told WBZ-TV's Paul Burton. "I just can't imagine someone would do something like that."

"People can be cruel," she added.

Dylan Plasse passed away from Mitochondrial disorder last year. He was only 13-years old.

"He was delightful kid, non-verbal and he loved to watch his Bruins and he loved horses," Plasse said.

She recently planted several flowers at his headstone last this week.

"Sometime last night they dug up flowers from his grave," she said.

She has reported the problem to police who say they plan to beef up patrols in the cemetery.

Sue says she will continue to put flowers down at her sons grave and hopes whoever is responsible for removing them would stop and allow Dylan to rest in peace.

"Why would anyone do this to a grieving parent?" Plasse said.
