Firefighters Battled 2-Alarm Groton Dorm Building

GROTON (CBS) -- Firefighters battled a two-alarm dorm building fire in Groton on Thursday night.

Groton and Littleton firefighters were working to knock down the fire at the Grotonwood Christian Camp building around 8:30 p.m. The building was previously converted from a 275-year-old barn to a camp building.

It's unclear if anyone was inside the house when the fire broke out.

The fire was knocked down late Thursday night.

No campers were inside the building when the fire started. No one was hurt.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
