Festival At City Hall Plaza Ends Early Following Fights

BOSTON (CBS) -- Several people were arrested after fights broke out during a concert at City Hall Plaza Sunday night.

The Dominican Festival was taking place in the plaza. Police shut down the festival an hour early for safety reasons.

Four juveniles and two adults were arrested.

Three officers were injured trying to break up the fights.
