Felger & Mazz: March 13, 2014

Felger and Massarotti are broadcasting from Hurricane O'Reilly's and the guys opened the day discussing the New England Patriots signing of Darrelle Revis. Revis signed a 1-year deal worth $15 million which includes a $20 million second year option. News also came down that Vince Wilfork has asked to be released by the Pats. Wilfork was unwilling to renegotiate his contract, so Big Vince requested his release. To wrap up the hour, the guys check in with WFAN in New York to hear their reactions to the Revis to New England news.

In Hour 2, Felger and Mazz continue to talk about the Patriots acquisition of Darrelle Revis and the release of Vince Wilfork. Can any comparisons be drawn between the signing of Revis and the trade that brought Randy Moss to New England? How immediate of an impact will Revis have on the Pats defense?

During Hour 3 of Felger and Massarotti, the signing of Darrelle Revis is still the topic of the day. Was Revis a backup plan for Aqib Talib or was Revis in the Pats sights regardless of Talib's decision? Shifting gears to a little Boston Bruins talk, B's President Cam Neely joined Mike and Tony to talk some hockey. Getting back into NFL free agency, can Wilfork make more money on the open market than he would've made this year in New England?

In the fourth and final Hour, Felger and Mazz continued to take calls on everything they discussed today. How will Revis impact the Patriots defense? Is there a downside to the Revis signing? Finally, it's the Final Word with Marc Bertrand.
