Felger & Mazz: February 13, 2014

Felger and Massarotti opened the day discussing the New England Patriots and potential hiring of former Cleveland Browns general manager Michael Lombardi. Felger dubbed the start of the show as "Belichick's Bobo's on Parade." Do the Patriots need to freshen up their philosophies? Where does Aqib Talib rank amongst the other free agent cornerbacks?

 

In Hour 2, Felger and Mazz talk about the career of New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter. How does Jeter's career compare to other Yankee greats? Mike and Tony also discussed the USA Men's Ice Hockey 7-1 win over Slovakia today. Does the United States have a legitimate shot of winning a gold medal?

 

During Hour 3 of Felger and Massarotti, the guys continue to the discuss Derek Jeter's career and his rank in Yankees history. The guys got back into USA hockey. The United States next game will be against Russia on Saturday morning. Finally, the guys update "Tankapalozza" and the Boston Celtics.

 

In the fourth and final hour, Felger and Mazz look back at the deal that almost brought Alex Rodriguez to Boston in 2003. Mike and Tony continued to take calls on everything they discussed today. Is Jeter on the Mt. Rushmore of Yankee players? Can USA Men's Hockey win a gold medal in Sochi? To wrap up the day, we hear the Final Word with Marc Bertrand.
