Felger & Mazz: El Pres From Barstool Sports In Studio
BOSTON (CBS) - David Portnoy of Barstool Sports, who always gets along with 98.5 The Sports Hub's Felger & Massarotti, joined the guys in studio once again Friday afternoon -- only this time for the full 3pm hour.
In the first segment, the guys started off talking about the Ted Wells report and DeflateGate controversy. El Pres doesn't think Brady is guilty, and has some big issues with the Wells Report.
In the second segment, Felger & Mazz continue their discussion with El Pres of Barstool Sports about the Ted Wells report. They look at other teams who have cheated (or been accused of cheating) around the NFL, and Pres believes the Patriots don't trust the league. They also take some calls from listeners, including Scott in Wrentham, aka our own Scott Zolak.
In the third segment, Felger makes the point that the Patriots aren't doing themselves any favors by going on the offensive and fighting the Wells Report. He cites other examples around sports of people who have come clean while maintaining a mostly-favorable reputation, like Andy Pettitte. Pres disagrees, and things get interesting.
