Felger & Mazz: April 17, 2014

Felger and Massarotti opened the day discussing the New England Patriots, and NFL Draft, and tight end Rob Gronkowski. Are the Patriots looking to move up in the draft? When will Gronk be back out on the field? What is the Patriots long-term plan for Gronkowski? Mike and Tony took a look at the off-season of the New York Jets. Should Pats fans be worried about the moves made by the Jets?

 

In Hour 2, Felger and Mazz got into the Boston Celtics. With the season finally over, Mike and Tony break down the NBA Lottery. The Celtics finished the season tied for the 4th worst record in the league. What did we learn about the Celtics this season? What kind of fireworks will we see in the off-season? How long will the fans stick with the Celtics while they rebuild?

 

During Hour 3 of Felger and Massarotti, the guys discussed the start of the NHL Playoffs. The Boston Bruins quest for the Cup doesn't begin until tomorrow night when the host the Detroit Red Wings. Bruins President Cam Neely joined Mike and Tony to discuss the end of the regular season and the start of the second season. How tough of an opening-round draw will the Red Wings be?

 

In the fourth and final Hour, Felger and Massarotti get into the Boston Red Sox and last night's extra innings 6-4 win over the Chicago White Sox. Is Xander Bogaerts losing confidence in himself? Would the Red Sox actually consider sending Jackie Bradley Jr. down the minors? Finally, it's the Final Word with Marc Bertrand.
