Falmouth Police Officer Seriously Injured In Head-On Collision

FALMOUTH (CBS) -- A Falmouth police officer was medflighted to a Boston hospital with serious injuries after he was involved in a head-on collision with a 91-year-old driver.

Falmouth police said Officer Richard Bradley and the woman collided near Domino's Pizza on the Teaticket Highway at about 9:39 p.m.

The woman was the sole occupant of her vehicle and hospitalized for minor injuries.

Police are still investigating the crash and did not immediately release additional information.
