Woman Arrested For Driving With Cardboard License Plate On I-495
MILLBURY (CBS) – Massachusetts State Police arrested a woman who was spotted driving on Interstate 495 with a homemade license plate.
Police shared a photo of the woman's car, which included an "obvious license plate violation."
The license plate appears to be made of cardboard with a plate number drawn on with marker.
State Police said the woman had a warrant out for her arrest and was taken into custody. Her name was not released.
The responding trooper found a cat in a pet carrier on the passenger seat.
"The cat was friendly and happy to be reunited with its owner before they were both transported to the Millbury barracks," State police posted. "The cat was not booked and departed with the owner when she was released on bail."
