I-93 HOV Lane To Reopen For Monday Afternoon Commute

BOSTON (CBS) – The commute home for South Shore commuters may be much more pleasant than the ride in Monday morning.

Mass DOT reports the HOV lane on the Southeast Expressway/Interstate 93 will reopen southbound for the Monday afternoon commute

The HOV was not open northbound for the morning commute due to an electrical problem with a barrier switch.

DOT officials said they do not anticipate any problems for Tuesday morning's commute northbound.
