Encore Casino COVID Vaccination Site Opens Tuesday

EVERETT (CBS) - A new COVID-19 vaccination site opens Tuesday at the Encore Boston Harbor casino in Everett.

The shots will be given in one of the ballrooms. Doses will be available to both casino employees and the general public.

Encore is near three of the communities hardest hit by the pandemic - Everett, Revere and Chelsea.

According to the Massachusetts Gaming Commission, appointments will be available on the state's vaccine website.
