The Best Part Of Voting? Election Day Bake Sales A Hit

BOSTON (CBS) – For many, this was a sweet end to a bitter campaign.

Bake sales at polling places across America made those long lines a bit easier to bear on Election Day. Some were calling the treats "the best part of voting."

Another fan of Election Day bake sales? Donald Trump. The Republican nominee for president was spotted donating to a bake sale at his polling place in New York.

And for those who missed out on baked goods Tuesday? Agony.
