Dunkin' Donuts Shows Off New Holiday Cups Amid Starbucks Controversy
CANTON (CBS) -- As Starbucks continues to get backlash from some customers who claim the chain "removed Christmas" from their holiday cups, Dunkin' Donuts has come out with a new seasonal look for its coffee.
The festive Dunkin' cups have the word "Joy" written in cursive on them, and are surrounded by green boughs of holly. Dunkin' shared a photo of the new cup on Instagram.

It's quite a contrast to the plain red Starbucks cups that just feature the company's logo.

"In the past, we have told stories with our holiday cups designs," a Starbucks executive said. "This year we wanted to usher in the holidays with a purity of design that welcomes all of our stories."
Dunkin' has not yet made any statements about its design or commented on the Starbucks controversy.
