Driver, Pet Lizard Unhurt In Jeep Fire On I-84

STURBRIDGE (CBS) – A driver and their pet lizard are both OK following a Jeep fire on I-84 Tuesday.

Authorities responded to the incident at Exit 2 in Sturbridge. Massachusetts State Police shared a photo of the Jeep on fire.

The fire closed two left eastbound lanes on the highway.

Because temperatures in the region aren't very reptile-friendly right now, police said they were keeping the lizard warm inside a cruiser.
