Dissatisfied Clam Shack Customer Allegedly Threatens To Shoot Employees

QUINCY (CBS) -- A Dorchester man allegedly threatened to shoot employees at a Wollaston clam shack after he was unhappy with his order.

Police say 28-year-old Robert Bullock placed an order at Tony's Clam Shop on Quincy Shore Drive around 9:45p.m. on Saturday. He then complained that his order was too small and too well done. According to police, Bullock was given a new order but again complained about size, and began to swear at employees and threaten to "shoot this place up."

Bullock was arrested later that evening near Neponset Circle and charged with threatening to commit a crime, disorderly conduct and causing an evacuation.

He is being held on $10,000 bail and ordered to stay away from the restaurant and from firearms. He is due back in court June 9.
