Diamond Ring Found In Collections Basket; Tewksbury Police Seek Owner

TEWKSBURY (CBS) -- Police in Tewksbury are seeking the owner of a "very distinct" diamond ring discovered in a collections basket. The department said Thursday that a person taking donations on Main Street outside Walmart found the ring.

That person thinks the ring may have accidentally come off the finger of whoever was making a donation.

Anyone who believes they might be missing their ring is asked to contact Tewksbury police.
