Derry Woman Arrested After Truck Crashes Into Deck

DERRY, New Hampshire (CBS) -- A woman was arrested after police say she drove a truck into a house and deck on Fordway Street.

Lindsay Simon, 27, of Derry, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, operating with a suspended license, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Police said she fled on foot after the accident, and refused treatment and transport while being evaluated at a nearby house.

Simon is being held on $1,500 cash bail, and is expected to be arraigned Thursday.
