Demolition Crews Blow Up Part Of Long Island Bridge
BOSTON (CBS) -- Explosives helped bring down another piece of the Long Island Bridge Wednesday.
Right at 1 p.m., demolition crews blew up a section of the bridge.

The Long Island Bridge was closed last fall because it was in such bad condition.
The city of Boston is working on a plan to replace it.
The demolition should be finished by the end of this month.
