Woman Hit By Car Outside Dana Farber, Suffers Life-Threatening Injuries

BOSTON (CBS) – A female pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries after being hit by a car outside the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston Tuesday morning, police said.

First responders were called to 5 Jimmy Fund Way at about 9:47 a.m. The car stopped at the scene, according to police.

Boston police officers are at the scene investigating. Part of the area around the cancer center had to be shut down.
