Daily Talker: "Blind Dates" For Coworkers

A Toronto company is playing matchmaker. Setting up "blind dates" for coworkers. But this has nothing to do with romance. The company wants people who wouldn't normally meet or work together, to get to know each other. The goal is to improve communication and understanding across the workplace.  A recent study found an employee's relationship with their coworkers is what makes them feel most connected to their job.
