Daily Talker: Security Guards Tackle Fans At College Football Game

Lots of hits and tackles as the University of Houston took on Temple over the weekend. But, it wasn't just players on the field. Security guards tackled, punched and kicked fans as they rushed the field celebrating the Cougars win.

Videos started popping up on social media. One went viral, racking up nearly 250,000 views in less than 24 hours. People posted their outrage online, saying the security guards were way too aggressive with the fans.

Contemporary Services Corporation, or CSC, is a private security company hired by the University of Houston for the season. According to CBS News, a University of Houston athletic department official says the school will end its contract with the security company. In a statement, CSC says it is investigating what happened.

The American Athletic Conference does not prohibit fans from rushing the field after a game.

Do you agree that the security guards acted too aggressively? Is ending the contract enough punishment?
