Daily Talker: Fighting Parking Tickets Via Skype

BOSTON (CBS) - Out-of-towners have a new way to fight parking tickets in Boston.

The Boston Globe reports the city's parking office is now using Skype.

People who don't live in Massachusetts can log in and video chat with a representative from the parking office.

They're asked to send in any evidence they have that would help their case ahead of time.

The first five cases appealed via Skype were dismissed.
