Daily Talker: Cell Phone Sidewalk Lane

Ever get frustrated walking behind someone who is looking at their cell phone and slowing you down?  One city in China has rolled out new sidewalk lanes for people who are on their phones.  It may seem extreme, but officials cite safety reasons for the lanes.  What do you think of the idea to create a special sidewalk lane just for cell phone users?
