CVS Pharmacy Truck Catches Fire In Uxbridge

UXBRIDGE (CBS) ---  There was an explosive crash in Central Massachusetts overnight.

A CVS Pharmacy tractor-trailer truck caught fire around 2 a.m. on the northbound side of Route 146. Small explosions could be heard from the back of the truck as firefighters tried to stop the blaze.

Uxbridge Fire Department tells WBZ-TV, the cause of the fire was related to the brakes on the trailer. One firefighter was treated and released from Milford Hospital for a minor injury.

The right lane remained closed Monday morning as the fire was cleaned up.
