Rollover Crash In Beverly Injures Six

BEVERLY (CBS) -- A two-car crash on Route 128 in Beverly injured six people, and caused one of the cars to roll over Saturday evening.

One of the cars involved crossed 128 and another vehicle came to a stop in the grassy area along Dodge Street in Beverly.

Beverly Fire and Ambulance crews responded to the incident.

Six people were taken to the hospital.

Police say the roadway was wet, but the cause of the crash is under investigation.
