Coronavirus Prompts UPS To Waive Signature Requirement On Deliveries

BOSTON (CBS) – UPS is now limiting contact between customers and the drivers who are making deliveries due to concerns about coronavirus.

The delivery company is no longer requiring signatures for deliveries.

Instead, drivers may ask to see a customer's photo ID.

UPS said the new guidelines will protect both customers and drivers during the outbreak.
