I-93 HOV Lane Reopens For Monday Morning Commute

BOSTON (CBS) – There was a sign Monday morning that things are beginning to return to normal as Massachusetts is in Phase 2 of its coronavirus reopening plan.

The HOV lane was back open during the morning commute on the Expressway.

The lane reopened to northbound traffic for the morning commute.

It will be active southbound for the afternoon ride.

The lane had been closed since April due to less traffic because of the stay-at-home orders.
