3 New Positive Tests For Coronavirus In Massachusetts, Bringing State Total To 95
BOSTON (CBS) – The Department of Public Health announced on Wednesday there are three new cases of coronavirus in Massachusetts, bringing the state total to 95.

Six cases in Massachusetts have now been confirmed by the CDC and 89 are considered presumptive positive.
Health officials say they're working 24/7 to address the coronavirus.
"Our goal here is for our residents of the Commonwealth to be prepared and informed and ready," said Monica Bharel, Commissioner of the Massachusetts Dept. of Public Health. "Covid19 is an evolving disease and it's very important to stay informed because the information changes as this new disease evolves."
Right now more than 400 people are under self-quarantine because of the coronavirus.
Health officials are still investigating how the virus spread person to person in the western part of the state.
"What we're seeing in Berkshire County is that there may be signs of localized community spread it's individuals where we're not sure who they contracted it," Bharel said.
The total is an increase from Tuesday, when DPH announced 51 new cases brought the total to 92.
Of the cases, 77 are tied to the Biogen employee conference in Boston at the end of February.
