Construction Worker Killed In Crane Accident In Boston

BOSTON (CBS) -- A worker was killed in a construction accident Sunday morning near Brigham and Women's Hospital.
Boston Police said the man was disassembling a crane at a work site on Shattuck Street in the Longwood Medical Area when he was injured.

He was taken to an area hospital, where he died of his injuries.
The Department of Labor issued a statement Sunday saying, "OSHA has responded and begun an investigation. It will seeking to determine if any workplace safety standards were violated."
The worker has not yet been identified.
