Driver Killed In Chelmsford Crash

CHELMSFORD (CBS) – Police in Chelmsford are investigating a single-car crash that killed a man late Tuesday night.
The crash happened on Main Street just before midnight. Chelmsford Police found a silver Honda Civis with significant front-end damage after slamming into a tree.
Officers found the driver, a 23-year-old Windham, N.H. man trapped in the vehicle. Despite rescue efforts, the driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
The medical examiner is working to determine the cause of death. State and Chelmsford Police continue to investigate the crash.
