Charges Dropped Against Teen Accused Of Rape At Mansfield Concert

BOSTON (CBS) – Charges have been dropped against a man who was accused of rape at a concert in Mansfield.

Prosecutors say the case against 18-year-old Sean Murphy was dismissed in the interest of justice and the woman involved agreed with the decision.

Murphy was accused of raping the woman on the lawn of the Xfinity Center during a Keith Urban concert in July. Murphy said it was consensual.
