Celtics @ 7: Rajon Rondo Era Comes To A Close In Boston

BOSTON (CBS) - The Rajon Rondo Era in Boston is over. Thursday's trade between the Celtics and Mavericks shipped the captain to Dallas along with Dwight Powell in exchange for Brandan Wright, Jameer Nelson, Jae Crowder, two future draft picks, and a $12.9 million trade exception.

Was it a good deal or a bad deal for Danny Ainge? Was this the right time to move Rondo? Did the C's get enough for their four-time All-Star? Is Marcus Smart ready to take the reigns at the point? Will any of the new acquisitions remain in Boston?

Most importantly, what happens now for Ainge, Brad Stevens, and their players?

Those are just a few of the many topics tackled during Saturday's special two-hour edition of "Celtics @ 7" on 98.5 The Sports Hub. Host Adam Kaufman was joined throughout the program by CBSBostonSports.com Celts writer Brian Robb.
