Car Crashes Through Marblehead Real Estate Office; No Injuries Reported

MARBLEHEAD (CBS) -- A car crashed into a Marblehead real estate office filled with workers Wednesday afternoon.

The elderly driver drove deep into the Coldwell Banker real estate office, but the employees inside had fortunately just moved to a meeting in the back of the building moments before the crash.

No injuries were reported in the crash that occurred at about 2:30 p.m. on Atlantic Avenue.

"We heard a crash and the building shook a little bit," Realtor Meg Andrews said. "You think the worst when something like that happens. I didn't know what it was but it was scary."

The elderly occupants in the car were checked out at the scene but refused to go to a hospital.

Authorities evacuated the second floor of the building as a precaution after the crash.

Police said the driver and office workers are all cooperating as they investigate the crash.
