Cambridge to offer free preschool program

CAMBRIDGE – Cambridge is the latest city to offer free universal preschool.

The school district says all 4-year-olds and some 3-year-olds will be eligible for the program.

Families can apply this winter for the 2024-2025 school year.

There will also be options for extended day preschool and summer care. Those options will cost a fee.
