Bus Driver Cited In Quincy School Bus Crash

QUINCY (CBS) -- A Quincy bus driver is being cited after crashing a bus full of students into a home last week.

Police cited Mark Woods for negligent operation and a marked lane violation.

The bus Woods was driving first hit a fire hydrant, snapped a telephone poll, ran over a mail box, clipped an SUV, and then hit a Quarry Street home.

Five of the 34 students on board the bus were hurt in that crash, as well as Woods himself, who suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
