Bruins-Senators First Round Stanley Cup Playoff Schedule Released

BOSTON (CBS) – The Boston Bruins will take on the Ottawa Senators in the first round of the Stanley Cup playoffs.

The Bruins clinched the third seed thanks to a Toronto Maple Leafs loss Sunday evening.

This is the first time that the Bruins and Senators have ever met in the playoffs.

The Senators swept the season series against the Bruins 4-0, including a shootout win on Thursday night.
