Bruins Prospect Malcolm Subban Hospitalized After Being Hit By Puck

BOSTON (CBS) -- Boston Bruins goalie prospect Malcolm Subban has suffered a fractured larynx after he took a puck to the throat Saturday night during warm-ups in Portland, Maine.

Subban was expected to start the Providence Bruins game against the Portland Pirates.

Subban was transported from Maine Medical Center to Mass. General Hospital on Sunday where he remains in stable condition, the team said in a public statement Sunday.
