Bruins Agree To Two-Year Deal With Free-Agent Goalie Anton Khudobin

BOSTON (CBS) -- The Boston Bruins have found their backup goaltender, and they're looking to a familiar face. Anton Khudobin has agreed to a two-year deal with the Bruins worth $2.4 million, according to TSN's Bob McKenzie.

The Bruins were in the market for a backup goaltender after moving on from Jonas Gustavsson. Meanwhile, 2012 first-round pick Malcolm Subban has failed to seize any and all opportunities to back up Tuukka Rask.

Khudobin started 15 games in two seasons for the Bruins, compiling a 2.65 goals-against average and .920 save percentage as Rask's backup. He made 73 starts in the past three seasons for the Carolina Hurricanes and Anaheim Ducks with a 2.52 GAA and .914 save percentage.
