Brookline Police Seek Suspect In Armed Robbery

BROOKLINE (CBS) -- Police are looking for a man who allegedly robbed a Brookline convenience store at gunpoint on Thursday night.

Officers were called to the Village Market at Brookline Place at 8:40 p.m., according to the Brookline police Facebook account.

Investigators say he showed a silver handgun during the robbery, and then fled on foot.

No one was hurt during the incident.

The suspect is described as a black man, wearing a black hat with a Boston Red Sox "B" on it and a black shirt.
