Brookline Making Push To Host 2022 U.S. Open Golf Tournament

BROOKLINE (CBS) – Town officials in Brookline are hoping to bring one of the country's premier professional golf tournaments to their home course for the first time in decades.

Brookline Town Administrator Melvin Kleckner told WBZ-TV that officials sent a letter of intent to the United States Golf Association in hopes of hosting the U.S. Open in 2022.
