Bridgewater Car Crash Leaves Young Woman Seriously Injured

BRIDGEWATER (CBS) -- A young woman is seriously hurt after being hit by a car Friday afternoon in Bridgewater. She was hit around 1 p.m. on Plymouth Street.

Police say the 20-year-old East Bridgewater woman stepped off the curb and was hit by a pick-up truck.

The woman was taken to a hospital. The 71-year-old driver stayed on the scene.

The crash is still under investigation. No further information has been released.
