Every once in a while we find something that we can use; something fun, something to wear, or something that enhances our home. The owner has thrown the item away, or has lost it.

Some folks find cash; others find furniture, clothing, tools, weapons, toys, and all sorts of other cool stuff.
Boston is a picker's paradise due to the high turnover of housing units occupied by students. Many even make special hunting expeditions to student neighborhoods looking for other folk's trash that they can turn into their own treasure.

I always like a good finder's keeper's story, so went out to ask locals and visitors about their favorite finds. Click play to watch what happened.
