Boston Radio Legend Dale Dorman Dies At 71

BOSTON (CBS) - Boston is mourning the passing of longtime radio personality Dale Dorman.

Dorman lived in Tewksbury. He died Tuesday after battling a long illness.

Dorman played top 40 hits on WRKO through the 1960s and 70s before moving to Kiss 108 for 20 years.

He ended his career working at CBS's WODS, "Oldies 103" until 2008.

Dorman was inducted into the Massachusetts Broadcasters Hall of Fame in 2010.

Dale Dorman was 71 years old.
