Boston Parking Lot Sells For $40 Million

BOSTON (CBS) - A Boston parking lot on the corner of Newbury and Dartmouth streets has been sold for $40 million.

A Chicago investment firm, which specializes in retail development, bought the family-owned lot.

The parcel is one-third of an acre and has been a parking lot since 1950.

There's no word on what the company plans for the lot.
