Horford Questionable For Friday With Concussion; MRI Negative On Tatum's Ankle

BOSTON (CBS) – The Celtics received a bit of positive news on standout rookie Jayson Tatum's injured right ankle.

The team announced that MRI results on Tatum's ankle came back negative.

He is officially listed as questionable for Friday's game against Charlotte.

Tatum left Boston's Wednesday game against the Los Angeles Lakers with ankle soreness.

The Celtics also announced that Al Horford will miss a second straight game as he remains in the league's concussion protocol.

UPDATE: Horford has been upgraded to "Questionable" for Friday night's game against the Hornets as he continues to recover from a concussion, the Celtics announced on Friday.
