Bruins Send Special Message To Newton Crash Survivor
BOSTON (CBS) -- The Boston Bruins had a special message for Casey Vaughan, who was seriously injured when a driver crashed into Sweet Tomatoes restaurant in Newton earlier this month.
Bruins players David Krejci, Ryan Spooner, Jimmy Hayes, Zdeno Chara. Tuukka Rask, and Patrice Bergeron all wished Vaughan a speedy recovery in the video, which Vaughan shared on her Facebook page.
"Feeling overwhelmed and super loved," Vaughan wrote in the post. "Things are looking up."

Vaughan continues to recover after she was seriously injured in the March 1 accident, which killed two and injured seven.
